Yes, I was able to fix it by replacing the timer which is the "fabric softner/No fabric softner" knob. put back together, ran empty load with vinegar, not fixed. Next morning ran that water through a full cycle with the fabric softener full of the water and set to on. Opened top cut hose blew through hose let 3 inches fill in bottom sucked some water in the hose blew back out and then sucked and blew through the hose to flush it out. Easy fix. Basically, if the pressure switch detects a higher water level vs. time than the flow meter registers for an empty tub, the 'timer' (where the calculation is actually done) will trigger a 'heavy load'. I found the load level pressure bubble on the side of the washer tub(need to remove washer sides)that sends pressure signal to switch was full of water effecting correct signal. The washer then back to normal. As I understand it, if you open the lid on the washers with auto-load sensor, it automatically fills the tub to maximum water, so you're wasting money. Unplug, open front control panel, pull hose off, blow air through hose and if unrestricted, pull connectors, rotate sensor, re-install new( dont forget to take knob off) cut 1/4 off hose, re-install hose, connectors, return panel and plug back in. Put some laundry in and started the cycle and the washer immediately started to agitate....but it is also filling as it should be....just with the agitator running.
